How MM COME handles website enquiries and career applications.
Loan enquiries collect your name, full MyKad number, mobile number, occupation, gross monthly salary, state and requested amount. Career applications collect your name, email, mobile number, selected position, CV and any optional message. We record the submission reference, time, language and consent version.
We use the information to respond to your enquiry or consider your career application. For loan enquiries, the website prepares a WhatsApp link containing your full MyKad number and the other submitted details. Opening it shares those details with WhatsApp; you choose whether to send the message to MM COME. WhatsApp operates under its own privacy terms.
Application information is stored in the website database; CV files are stored outside the public website folder. Essential session cookies support form security. For questions about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion, contact help@mmcome.my. The retention schedule and authorised staff access arrangements must be finalised before live collection begins.
